Rates are VAT inclusive, and breakfast is included (no extra charge) for the guesthouse. Concerning the cottage, breakfast is optional (€12.5/people/day).
Cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation of the stay more than 30 days before arrival: free of charge, the 30% deposit is refunded (for the guesthouse rooms and the cottage).
- Cancellation of the stay less than 30 days before arrival: the 30% deposit is retained (for the guesthouse rooms) and 100% of the stay due (for the cottage).
- Cancellation of the stay less than 7 days (for the guesthouse rooms) : 100% of the stay due
- No-show: 100% of the stay due (for the guesthouse rooms and the cottage).
- Interruption of stay: 100% of the stay due (for the guesthouse rooms and the cottage).

Gift card Offer a stay
Offer a moment of relaxation and well-being in Saint-Malo, offer a weekend or more in a warm setting, where your guests will be pampered. Gourmet breakfast, sweet and savoury, homemade with good products from the market and/or local producers.
How it works?
- You contact us by phone or email to choose the room and the number of nights that you offer to your guests. Payment possible by credit card by telephone.
- You receive the gift card to offer by mail or we send it directly to your guests
- The lucky beneficiaries contact us to tell us the dates of their stay, the room and the number of the gift card.
Gift card valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, in all seasons (unless specifically mentioned by the buyer). Non-exchangeable, non-refundable. Subject to room availability.
