Best prices guaranteed on our website, by booking directly. Preferential rate for stays of 4 nights or more in a guest room and 7 nights or more in the cottage.

Rates are VAT inclusive, and breakfast is included (no extra charge) for the guesthouse. Concerning the cottage, breakfast is optional (€15/people/day).

Cancellation conditions:

  • Cancellation of the stay more than 30 days before arrival: free of charge, the 30% deposit is refunded (for the guesthouse rooms and the cottage).
  • Cancellation of the stay less than 30 days before arrival: the 30% deposit is retained (for the guesthouse rooms) and 100% of the stay due (for the cottage).
  • Cancellation of the stay less than 7 days (for the guesthouse rooms) : 100% of the stay due
  • No-show: 100% of the stay due (for the guesthouse rooms and the cottage).
  • Interruption of stay: 100% of the stay due (for the guesthouse rooms and the cottage).

Maison Lacase already has its mascot: Soda. For the sake of peace and quiet, we cannot welcome other animals.

Additional tourist tax to be paid on site: €0.85/night/adult for the guesthouse

Minimum number of nights required depending on the season :
For the guesthouse :
- 2 nights minimum in low and mid season
- 3 nights minimum in high season, school holidays, extended weekends & public holidays, Route du Rhum
For the cottage :
- 7 nights minimum in high season, school holidays, Route du Rhum
- 3 nights the rest of the time

Gift card
Offer a stay

Offer a moment of relaxation and well-being in Saint-Malo, offer a weekend or more in a warm setting, where your guests will be pampered. Gourmet breakfast, sweet and savoury, homemade with good products from the market and/or local producers.

How it works?

  1. You contact us by phone or email to choose the room and the number of nights that you offer to your guests. Payment possible by credit card by telephone.
  2. You receive the gift card to offer by mail or we send it directly to your guests
  3. The lucky beneficiaries contact us to tell us the dates of their stay, the room and the number of the gift card.

Gift card valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, in all seasons (unless specifically mentioned by the buyer). Non-exchangeable, non-refundable. Subject to room availability.
