Our 4 guest rooms have been designed to preserve the originality and charm of this residence. Each of our rooms is different and expresses its « little character ». A careful decoration enhances the imprint of the past. Quietly, its terrace, its garden and its swimming pool make Maison Lacase an ideal place to rest, recharge your batteries and take your time. From here you can discover Saint-Malo and the thousand and one facets of this little corner of Brittany.

The cottage was originally an old garage. It was completely redesigned to become a true inependant cottage in a quiet garden setting. The "fisherman's hut" theme very quickly became our inspiration for the decoration of this place, which we wanted to be close to nature, in terms of colors, materials and decoration. Sheltered by the pergola, you can enjoy your meals in peace and quiet on your own private terrace overlooking the pool.
Our approach
Maison Lacase is a change of life for our entire family. After 10 months of work to restore it to all its former splendor, combined with comfort and contemporary design, Maison Lacase wants to be resolutely eco-responsible, both in terms of supply and management of the work or simply in everyday life.

Maison Lacase, located in vibrant Saint-Servan, is a convenient base for exploring Saint-Malo and its surroundings. It’s within walking distance of Saint-Malo intra-muros and ‘la cité d’Alet’, with restaurants, a bi-weekly food market, bakeries, and specialty shops nearby. Vibrant, unlike other area’s like Paramé that feel a bit deserted in the off-season.

Our stay at Maison Lacase was the highlight of our trip to France, and we wish we could have stayed longer! Frédérique and Philipe were wonderful and welcoming hosts, and the property is gorgeous. Our room was beautifully decorated, airy and had a lovely view over the backyard, pool and gardens. The breakfasts each morning were delicious, with fresh-squeezed juice and homemade jams-- and of course, plenty of salted butter! We would also highly recommend ordering a charcuterie board! We had a lovely stay at Maison La-case. The house is a great base from which to visit S Malo and the surrounding area. It is an interesting building with a good garden. The accommodation is very comfortable, the breakfasts delicious and healthy and the host helpful and "tres genial"!
My wife and I discovered Maison Lacase while searching for B&Bs for our honeymoon, and we truly couldn’t have found a better place. From the warm welcome to the excellent service and the beautiful room, everything exceeded our expectations. There isn’t a single thing I could criticize, even if I tried. I sincerely hope we will have the privilege of visiting Frédérique and her wonderful B&B again in the future.
