Our 4 guest rooms have been designed to preserve the originality and charm of this residence. Each of our rooms is different and expresses its « little character ». A careful decoration enhances the imprint of the past. Quietly, its terrace, its garden and its swimming pool make Maison Lacase an ideal place to rest, recharge your batteries and take your time. From here you can discover Saint-Malo and the thousand and one facets of this little corner of Brittany.

The cottage was originally an old garage. It was completely redesigned to become a true inependant cottage in a quiet garden setting. The "fisherman's hut" theme very quickly became our inspiration for the decoration of this place, which we wanted to be close to nature, in terms of colors, materials and decoration. Sheltered by the pergola, you can enjoy your meals in peace and quiet on your own private terrace overlooking the pool.
Our approach
Maison Lacase is a change of life for our entire family. After 10 months of work to restore it to all its former splendor, combined with comfort and contemporary design, Maison Lacase wants to be resolutely eco-responsible, both in terms of supply and management of the work or simply in everyday life.

We enjoyed our stay at Maison Lacase very much. Its an ideal and peaceful location only a short walk into St Malo old town.
Frédérique and Philippe are delightful hosts they put their heart and soul into everything they do. I'm gluten free Frederique made several great recommendations for restaurants making the reservations and checking in advance they could cater for me as well as accommodating me at breakfast with lovely g/f artisan bread. Breakfasts generally were a real treat with delicious fruit salads and cheeses all sourced locally. ...
We were absolutely delighted by our stay at Maison Lacase in Saint Malo. Frédérique and Philippe were excellent hosts and made us feel at home. The Maison is rich in history and close to the city center. The rooms are charming, comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed. Breakfast was both delicious and creative, with something new every morning. Add the relaxing garden and swimming pool to all of this and you have a splasing good time. Enjoy!
We had a perfect three day stay.
Our room was very clean, tidy and well equipped with soaps, for shower and washing.
Breakfast was lovely, set out each morning with local produces and different homemade choices each morning.

Good location, easy reach of St Servan, Solidor and St Malo.
Beautiful French villa with the most attentive hosts you can imagine. We stayed in the garden cottage, with cozy furniture and a well appointed kitchen. The pool and the garden provided for relaxing afternoons.
Breakfast was excellent, with variations each morning. One evening the host couple arranged for a four course dinner for guests. Can highly recommend this wonderful guesthouse.
We spent two nights at Maison Lacase and just can’t wait to go back . It’s only a 15min walk into the Intra Muros but Saint Servan is a perfect base to explore the beautiful coast line around Solidor . In fact it is located just a five minute walk from a stunning beach with a bonus of free parking if you take your car .Saint Servan also boasts a lovely small high st with independent shops and restaurants
