Our 4 guest rooms have been designed to preserve the originality and charm of this residence. Each of our rooms is different and expresses its « little character ». A careful decoration enhances the imprint of the past. Quietly, its terrace, its garden and its swimming pool make Maison Lacase an ideal place to rest, recharge your batteries and take your time. The cottage was originally an old garage. It was completely redesigned to become a true outbuilding in a quiet garden setting. The "fisherman's hut" theme very quickly became our inspiration for the decoration of this place, which we wanted to be close to nature, in terms of colors, materials and decoration. Sheltered by the pergola, you can enjoy your meals in peace and quiet on your own private terrace overlooking the pool.
Our approach
Maison Lacase is a change of life for our entire family. After 10 months of work to restore it to all its former splendor, combined with comfort and contemporary design, Maison Lacase wants to be resolutely eco-responsible, both in terms of supply and management of the work or simply in everyday life.

Maison Lacase, located in vibrant Saint-Servan, is a convenient base for exploring Saint-Malo and its surroundings. It’s within walking distance of Saint-Malo intra-muros and ‘la cité d’Alet’, with restaurants, a bi-weekly food market, bakeries, and specialty shops nearby. Vibrant, unlike other area’s like Paramé that feel a bit deserted in the off-season.

This place is fantastic. The Service is exceptional. The owners really put in a lot of effort and are very thoughtful. They really helped us to get the most out of our stay. The breakfast is the best we have ever had in any b&b or hotel. On each we saw a new selection of cheeses, breads and juices among other treats (the excellent crepes were a constant). Every day starts with a sort of tasting this way. As for the rooms: they are quite nice and comfortable with emphasis on details such as soaps (really nice), soft cozy towels and linens. We...
My wife and I discovered Maison Lacase while searching for B&Bs for our honeymoon, and we truly couldn’t have found a better place. From the warm welcome to the excellent service and the beautiful room, everything exceeded our expectations. There isn’t a single thing I could criticize, even if I tried. I sincerely hope we will have the privilege of visiting Frédérique and her wonderful B&B again in the future.
I had a great stay in Frédérique & Philippe’s beautiful house. Their guest-house is a 19th century building, full of charm, very nicely renovated and decorated (good representation of 'charme discret à la française'). I stayed in the Marguerite room which is a bit aside of the main building, thus very quiet, with a nice view on the garden and accessible independently. I was even given the choice of my bed linens and opted for hemp sheets (made in Britanny) which I found much smoother than I had originally thought. I slept like a baby.

We had a wonderful time at the Chambres d'hotes Maison Lacase. The hosts were very helpful for all our questions and requests. The breakfast was great and the dinner, which was so lovely prepared for us, was very tasty. We felt very comfortable in your charming house.
